Two things, done properly.
We deliberately do only two kinds of work, and we teach as we do them.
For pre-seed founders
From first build to first customers.
The goal isn't a strategy document. It's a repeatable motion you can run yourself.
Before product-market fit, go-to-market isn't a department. It's a set of founder habits: deciding who to sell to first, what to say to them, and how to learn from every conversation. We work on positioning you can say out loud, a first outbound motion, early pricing you won't regret, and a way to tell signal from noise.
We work in short, focused engagements. No hundred-page decks, no playbooks copied from a company ten times your size. Just the next three moves, made together.
The advice comes from doing this, not watching it. Ash founded Jubi, a crypto startup, ran every workstream from product to sales to shareholder reporting, and exited via acquisition. Before that: 0→1 product work across the portfolio at Helix Collective, a startup studio, and years at Sybase and SAP owning a real sales number, running presales, proofs of concept and the forecast. Ash now mentors early-stage founders through Blackbird's Giants in Residence.
How we teach it: every engagement doubles as training. We run the working sessions with you, writing the emails, doing the calls, reviewing what happened, so the capability stays with you rather than with us.
For small businesses, professional firms, and established teams
AI that changes how you work, not just what you demo.
You don't need an AI strategy. You need the first workflow that pays off.
Plenty of businesses suspect AI could streamline how they work but don't know where to start. That's the part we're for. We find the first move: the workflows where AI genuinely pays off, redesigned with the people who own them, with the judgement and guardrails to survive contact with a busy quarter.
When the right tool doesn't exist, we build it with you. We call it vibecoding: small custom apps built quickly with AI assistance around your actual workflow, so the software fits how you work rather than the other way round. We're tool-agnostic and hype-averse. If a spreadsheet beats the model, we'll say so.
AI transformation is really two disciplines, and Ash has done both. The AI part is recent and real: at Infinex, Ash shipped the final eight months writing no code by hand, entirely through AI tooling, and led the design and build of harnesses running AI agents to manage wallet operations autonomously. Production software, not a slide.
The transformation part is older. Seven years at Altis, up to Managing Consultant. The job was getting organisations in banking, government, airlines, insurance and healthcare to actually adopt new platforms and new ways of working, including as architecture and team lead on the Qantas Money platform. Getting an organisation to genuinely adopt a new way of working is a craft. AI is the newest thing to adopt; the craft is the same.
How we teach it: hands-on sessions with your real work, not canned examples. You leave having shipped a working change, or a working app, and able to run and extend it yourself.
